About Me

My name is Brandon Mladinich, a licensed General B contractor and CEO of A Cut Above Builders, Inc. Based in Concord, California, I’ve led my company since 2018, helping homeowners across the East Bay, Sacramento, and greater Sacramento area, including Concord, Brentwood, Oakley, Walnut Creek, Campbell, and surrounding communities, bring their construction and remodeling visions to life.

At A Cut Above Builders, we specialize in residential remodeling, including kitchens, bathrooms, painting, drywall, and full home renovations.

Before focusing on general contracting, I built a career in real estate, working as a licensed Realtor with Realty ONE Group and previously with Keller Williams Brentwood. During that time, I personally handled interior design for every home I sold, refining my eye for detail, layout, finishes, and overall aesthetics. That experience not only helped my clients maximize property value, but also strengthened the design expertise I now bring to every remodeling project.
